A Binding Pact BetweenSenator & Community
This is not a campaign promise. It is a published, publicly signed covenant — legally and morally binding — between the WADC of every ward and Endy Agbor. Obligations run both ways.
Covenant Timeline
Fixed dates — not vague intentions.
WADC Formation Begins
Ward Advisory & Development Councils constituted across all 66 wards. Reps elected: Male, Female, Youth, Traditional Ruler, Clergy.
Priority Projects Listed
Each WADC submits its top development priorities for Year 1 implementation upon election victory.
Senatorial Obligations Begin
Upon election, Senator Agbor activates N50m+ annual ward funding, accountable to each ward's WADC.
Public Audits
Every project is publicly audited. Funds are tied to deliverables, not patronage. WADC signs off on expenditures.
Mutual Obligations
Accountability is not one-directional. Both the Senator and every WADC carry binding responsibilities.
