The 9 Pillarsof Structured Development
N50 million+ per ward, per year — distributed across nine evidence-based development sectors. The community, through their WADC, decides which pillars take priority in their ward.
Nine Sectors. Every Ward.
Each pillar is funded annually. Each ward's WADC ranks the pillars by local priority — no top-down imposition.
Education & Tech
Digital literacy centres, school infrastructure upgrades, and tech-skill hubs in every ward.
Healthcare
Equipping primary health-care centres, mobile clinics, and maternal health programmes across all 66 wards.
Agriculture
Tractor leasing schemes, fertiliser subsidy pools, and cooperative farming support for food security.
Microfinance
Low-interest business loans of N250,000–N500,000 per qualified beneficiary through ward-level cooperative pools.
Scholarships
Annual scholarships for indigenes maintaining a minimum CGPA of 3.5, funded through the senatorial intervention budget.
Clean Water
Borehole drilling, water-treatment plants, and piped water schemes prioritised for underserved communities.
Infrastructure
Rural road rehabilitation, bridges, and market-stall construction coordinated through WADC project lists.
Off-Grid Electricity
Solar micro-grids and off-grid systems for communities not yet connected to the national grid.
Community Flexibility
A discretionary fund controlled by each ward's WADC for unique local priorities identified by the community.
How the Funding Works
Transparent from source to delivery.
Senator Mobilises Funds
Senatorial mandate budget, constituency development allocations, and partnership grants are mobilised and ring-fenced by ward.
WADC Sets the Agenda
Each ward's five-member WADC convenes, ranks the 9 pillars by local priority, and submits an approved project list to the Senator's office.
Contractors Are Procured Transparently
Projects go through a transparent procurement process. WADC reps are present at every procurement stage and sign off on contractor selection.
Delivery & Public Audit
Completed projects are publicly audited quarterly. Financials are published online and posted in each ward. WADC certifies delivery before final payment.
